Even when paying them in full the service reps.lack skills, and the entire communication, service, process with Simm is just lousy.
The rep. kept speaking in slang. Please get some training for your staff and have them learn proper English. After requesting a statement numerous times I never got one.
Then I called them and they claimed to have been trying to reach me. I have yet to recieve a response as requested.
Almost every claim they made regarding my account was illegal.Need them to stop calling you, then put it in writing and site federal consumer laws that protect you.
